5. What If I Forget My Password?

  
If you forget your password we will send it to the email address you used to open your account. Once you receive your password you can logon to your account. You always have the option to change your password to one that you can easily remember.
  
   

6. How Long Is My Account Good For?

  
We leave your account on file if it has expired for up to 3 months.You can always add more time to your campaigns within the 3 month time-frame.
 
   

7. When Can I Begin Using My Account?

  
You can begin using your free account immediately after you receive an email from us that provides your account number, password and campaign number. The email will be sent to the email address you used to create your account. To prevent this emails from 4addlinfo.com from going to Spam please add customerservice@4addlinfo.com to your address book.
 
 

8. Is 4addlinfo.com A List Management Tool?

  
4addlinfo.com is not a list management tool. However, in the future we may add the ability store and download your data for use in other software that has list management and reporting capabilities.
